Basic Day of Coordinating -  Starting at $250

You’ve worked so hard to plan your event – you should be able to enjoy it.  Allow us to take the stress out of your big day by coordinating all of the details – from vendors to deliveries.  This service includes two pre-event meetings, creation of a day-of schedule, unlimited email access, and day-to-night coordination.

Wedding Rehearsal Coordination – $30

It’s the night before your big day and you’re surrounded by your friends and family – now if only you could get them to line up and walk down the aisle without rolling their eyes at you!  Allow us to help orchestrate so that you can concentrate on walking down the aisle.  Perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to be called bossy!

Out of Town Guest Packages – Price Varies by Materials and Quantities

From edible treats to local guides, we’d love to help you welcome your guests with simple but gracious welcome packages.  We’ll also deliver them to guests’ hotels.  Allow us to take this time consuming task off your plate!  Includes consultation and prototype.
